Our popular 2-day workshop in Commercial Negotiation provides a thorough grounding in the art of commercial negotiation and is highly recommended for both procurement and sales professionals. The course is very practical in nature and during the two days there will be three opportunities to enhance your skills: firstly a simple bartering exercise to tease out some principles; then a slightly more complicated exercise centred around resolving a dispute; and finally a larger role-play scenario where the group is divided into 2 teams who play out a negotiation, taking several rounds before agreement is reached. In this way you can practise your negotiation skills in a safe environment while receiving coaching and personal feedback. We pride ourselves on our high trainer/delegate ratio and there will be two trainers for a maximum of ten delegates on the course. This enhances the training experience and allows plenty of time for individual attention.
As this is part of our 3rd birthday celebrations the course is reduced by 1/3 to £650. This fee will include lunch, and other light refreshments and all course materials. Delegates will also receive a copy of our negotiation model and our book “Building Excellence in Commercial Negotiation”.
The venue is in the heart of Worcester and overlooks the cricket ground. It is next to the Premier Inn and there will be free parking. It is also only a 5-10 minute walk from either Worcester railway station.
