Spend Analysis

A thorough understanding of just how much an organisation spends on the goods and services it purchases is a key starting point for procurement success. Using our own spreadsheet-based tools, we will carry out a spend analysis and share the results with you. It’s surprising just what opportunities will arise. Sometimes it’s a revelation, “are we really spending that much on this?” or an insight, “if we sat down with that supplier, maybe we could get a lot better value for money”.
