We had a really enjoyable day learning about your organisations and we hope you learnt something about us. So who won our prize draw to win a spend analysis done by us for their organisation? The prize means we will take a detailed look at your spending patterns and give you a report showing you how much you spend, what you spend it on, and who you spend it with. This often leads to the identification of opportunities to save money and increase value from the supply base. “ If you stare at a spread sheet long enough beautiful things will happen.”
In you haven’t done this in a while we would expect you to be able to achieve savings of between 10 and 20% of current spend, through a combination of price reductions, needs analysis, efficiency improvement and waste elimination in the supply chain.
Normally we charge a fee of £800 to carry this out, but today Richard Henshaw from Nottinghamshire Fire Service has won it for free. We’ll call you Richard to find out when you’d like us to carry out the analysis.
